Privacy Policy

The short version

• This site has no server that receives your data. The booking form opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message, and you are the one who sends it.
• It runs the Meta pixel to measure advertising, which records your visit and your clicks on the contact buttons — without your name or your number.
• There is no other tracking: no Google Analytics, no heatmaps, no TikTok or Snap pixel.

1 · The booking form

When you fill in your name, phone, technique, date and notes, none of it is sent to a server belonging to this site — there is no such server. Your browser builds a text message from what you typed and opens WhatsApp, and you press send.

Once sent, it becomes an ordinary WhatsApp conversation between us, governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy. I keep the conversation to manage appointments and follow up after a session, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.

2 · The Meta pixel

The site carries a pixel from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to measure advertising results. It records:

• Page views — which page was opened, and when.
• Clicks on contact buttons — WhatsApp or call, without knowing what you wrote afterwards.
• Clicks on the Instagram link.

Along with this, Meta receives what it receives on any site: your IP address, browser and device type, and the page you arrived from. It does not receive your name, your phone number, or anything you typed into the form — advanced matching is not enabled.

To stop it: use an ad blocker, adjust the ad settings in your Facebook account, or browse in a private window.

3 · What is stored in your browser

The site stores one thing: the language you chose (Arabic or English), so it does not ask again on your next visit. It never leaves your device and never reaches me.

The site itself sets no cookies; any that exist are set by the Meta pixel.

4 · Fonts and hosting

Fonts load from Google Fonts, so your IP address reaches Google's servers as it does on any site using them. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps technical logs for security and performance.

5 · Client photographs

The before-and-after photographs on this site are published with the consent of the people in them. I do not publish a client's photograph without her agreement, and if you are one of them and wish to withdraw that consent, message me and the photograph is removed.

6 · Your rights

At any time you may ask what data I hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — including our WhatsApp conversation and any photographs of you. Message me on +962 79 737 3015 and I will act on it.

7 · Children

This service is for adults. I do not perform sessions on anyone under eighteen, and I do not knowingly collect data about them.

8 · Changes to this policy

If what the site collects changes, this page is updated and the date above changes with it. The version published here is the one that applies.
